How to pay chambre d’hote 13% and not 23%?

As a chamber d’hotes I was told I would pay 13%, but when I enter commercant it calculates 23%. Do I choose from the drop down bar commercant and then declare my income under Chiffre d’affaires des ventes de merchandises? Which appears the only way to declare13%. I also appear to have a section before that for DCR. Déclaration commune des revenus What does this mean?
