How to invoice for UK Pounds paid into french bank account?

I’m starting to receive payments from my British customers via bank transfer to my French bank and my pricing for them is in Pounds. I know I must use euros on my invoices, so should I simply put whatever amount appears on my bank statement down on the invoice, or should I be using the official business exchange rate for that day?
