How to I declare employment taxation of 2015?

I set up a SARL (société à responsabilité limitée) in June. In the heat of things, I forgot that I actually was employed in a French company in December 2015, with a minimal (pro-forma) income. I had understood I had until September to declare this but now (as I remember) I understand I should have done this in June. I officially only moved to France (from outside EU) by 1 January 2016 after having been officially employed since 1 December 2015.

Can I just do an online tax declaration or should I go to the local tax office to clarify the principle (which address to use in particular)?
