how to get over the digital signature issue when making INPI changes

My daughter has registered her micro-enterprise with INPI but has been told by URSAFF to change her work category from “gardener” to “services artisanal” to be accepted. She has tried to do tis but at the end of the process INPI ask for a digital signature - she is unable to do so as she is an Irish national and therefore does not have either a resident card or a French passport.
How can we work around this please?
