How to do accounts

I’m just starting out and wondering how to keep my books. Do you have any recommendations of good learning resources?

Also, I’m creating a professional bank account but don’t understand if I should pay for professional insurance from this account, since it’ll be empty to start out. Should I make a loan, pay the insurance and then refund myself, or does it just make more sense for all my expenses to be paid out of my personal account, since I understand I won’t be able to claim them back as a profession liberale.
