How to correct name details with RSI and RAM?

RSI have my first name spelled wrong in their records (as Andew). What’s the best way to get this corrected? I have sent RSI a letter with a copy of my passport, but I’m still getting correspondence (e.g. the declaration trimestrielle) with the mistake on it. Is there a form I should fill in? Do I need to go in and see them? All help gratefully appreciated.
