How to close plumbing business and transfer camping business?

My husband is registered for two businesses, the main one is for plumbing and the second one is for a small camping site. Due to the economic climate, the plumbing side of the business is basically null and void, but the camping side is doing well. My husband has been offered work by a UK company, but based in France. It’s planned to start next year, so we are wondering if he could de-register the plumbing side of the business and then transfer the camping to me? We are now in our second year of trading, and not really want to start again, to register the business, would it be possible to do this? He is on the réel system as well. I thought if I asked on here, before we go any further, with discussions with the accountant etc.
