How to change to micro social when registered with CIPAV?

I am currently registered directly with URSSAF as a professional liberal. I have just been informed that I am not allowed to change to the new statut, micro social, as I am with CIPAV. Are there any other options available to me? I am interested in expanding my business, which would mean transferring to the Chambre de Commerce. If I do this can I close my current business and register directly at the Chambre de Commerce as an auto entrepreneur. Is there a required wait time between closing one business and opening another?
