How to change from auto-entrepreneur to entreprise individuelle?

I have been operating as auto-entrepreneur this year, and have exceeded the limit for the auto-entrepreneur scheme, and I believe that this automatically transfers me to the status of entreprise individuelle. I want to continue trading as an entreprise individuelle in 2013, can you please advise of the procedures that I will need to follow to have this confirmed? E.g. change of tax from micro social to enterprise individuelle. Will I keep the same SIRET? The problem is that I am currently based outside of France and can’t physically go into any of the offices, are there options for online changing?
