How many clients does an auto-entrepreneur need?

We are considering the auto-entrepreneur scheme and understand that we will need to have more than one client. Currently, we have one client who we do a significant amount of work for over the course of the year and we have several others (7 in total), who we provide services for on an ad hoc basis for approximately 2 months of the year. Our question is, is this a sufficient number of clients to register under the auto-entrepreneur status?
