How long should it take to receive siret number?

I applied on line via the auto-entrepreneur official website and was re directed to cfe metiers. I filled out everything and attached passport electronically. I had an email acknowledging receipt and can look up my file on line and it tells me it has been received with the attachments. But this was 3 months ago and I have heard nothing, is this normal?
