How long does it take to receive the carte vital?

I registered online as auto-entrepreneur and excitingly received a SIRET number very swiftly afterwards so I’m up and running. I’m just wondering how long it takes to receive the Carte Vital and whether there’s an additional bit of process we should go through to receive it. I filled in a two page form online to register but I know others have completed a much longer one. Would this have had additional sections relating to obtaining the Carte Vital? I’ve waited for about a month now and have heard nothing at all about it. We were initially under the impression that they would get in touch but as time ticks by, I’m wondering if we should be doing something a bit more proactive to help.
