How long after deadline can I pay cotisations?

My second declaration deadline for cotisations etc. is the 30 April 2014, however I don’t make much money as an English teacher and I’d rather wait for my April salary to go into my bank before I pay my charges for the past quarter. I’ve not yet received a paper form from URSSAF for this period so am I okay to wait until it arrives to pay them or will I be in any way penalised for paying after the deadline? I have the ability to pay online through Net Entreprises as well.
