How does one go about adding an activity to ones auto-entrepreneur profile?

My husband registered last year (May 2013) as an auto-entrepreneur with the following activity description les cours de langues et de competences conversationnelles, hors formation professionnelle continue professeurs de langues. I am registered under the choix d’un statut pour le conjoint ou le partenaire lie par un pacte civil de solidarité travaillant régulièrement dans l’entreprise.

We have been both conducting english conversation classes for the last year but have only been billing under my husband’s name. Recently I have been offered to do some redaction et traduction work for a university - I therefore have two questions:

How does one go about adding an activity to ones auto-entrepreneur profile?
Once the activity has been added, can I as the conjoint bill for the work?
