How does one formally cease professional activity as auto-entrepreneur?

My partner and I are leaving France and wish to cancel our status as auto-entrepreneurs before our departure. I have tried doing this on lautoentrepreneur.fr, but they ask you to describe your activity. However, there’s no possibility of inserting the APE which appears on the Certificat d’inscription au Repertoire des Enterprises et des Etablissements.
None of the activities while requesting cessation match the ones that were assigned to us. Is there any simple way to do this that we are missing?
