How does a SASU company employ people in France?

I have set up an société par actions simplifiée unipersonnelle (SASU) company. I’m working on photography and retouching. I would like to employ one or two interns or juniors to assist me.

Please can you advise what I need in terms of contracts, minimum wage, etc. for an intern or contrat à durée déterminée (CDD) - and if there are other options?

I would start with a two week test phase and continue indefinitely if finances permit.
