How do we setup a private taxi/chauffeur business in France?

My husband and I would like to move to France and set up a private taxi/chauffeur business. My husband would be the main driver with myself ideally helping out in busy periods. We would hope to turn over more than 32,900 euros so auto entrepreneur would not be suitable.

Which business setup in France do you think would be best for a private taxi service with turnover over 32,900 euros? Work will be seasonal.
Could you provide approximate information of how much tax/social contributions etc. we would pay?
Can we set the business up while living in the UK before we move to France, or do you need to be a French resident before you can do this?
I have read that a taxi/chauffeur business is a regulated profession in France, do courses have to be undertaken and if so what are they and costs?
