How do I update my carte vitale now that I’m an auto-entrepreneur?

For the last eight years I have had my own carte vitale with my husband as the insured party. I have now registered as auto-entrepreneur (chambres d’hotes) and have my children listed on the card with myself as the insured party. My husband now only has himself listed on his card. Do I have to update my card since these changes have taken place and if so where, in the past I have only done this at my CPAM Office?
