I am thinking of starting a microbrewery business in France making craft beers and would appreciate advice on the rules and regulations surrounding the production and sale of alcohol in France. My intention is to start selling to restaurants and bars, then maybe opening an independent bar if the initial operation is successful. I understand that this may be quite complicated so I’m open to any advice on developing the discussion.
