How do I start a business as a mechanic in France?

I am from Czech republic and I live in France over 4 years. I am currently registered with pole-emploi as unemployed. I am legally in the French system with all the benefits, i.e. vital cards, insurance etc. I have been studying car maintenance and repair back home and I have certificate translated to French. I do work for my friends to repair their cars for cash. I want to start a business as a mechanic in France.

I have opportunity to rent garage workshop for about 1000 euros per month. My friend who bought the place, will rent it to me as a garage workshop with basic equipment. I own some tools already, so no investment needed from my side apart from insurance/business account etc.

I would like to register as either micro-entreprise or auto-entrepreneur but not sure which one is better for me? I am not planning to sell many parts or goods. I want to keep my business as small as much one mechanic can handle with turnover not more than 32,000 euros.
Do I have to declare all my bank accounts? For example if I have another account in Czech republic or Paypal.
