How do I set up a property management business in France?

I am trying to register my business in France and keep coming up against obstacles. I will be organising people to do cleaning, gardening, repairs not actually doing the work myself (property management). Can you tell me which body I need to register with and under which regime? To complicate matters, I am already registered with the Greffe as an Agent Commercial with a contract to work for a single immobilier. Does this mean that I need to register a complete new business or add a code to my existing business?
