How do I set up a business in France to buy and sell products globally?

I have registered with a company in the UK to sell their products worldwide. As I live in France, I need to set up a business in France so I can declare my income.

Can I set up using auto-entrepreneur?
If I can set up as an auto-entrepreneur, what category would my business come under?
What percentage of social charges will I pay?
Do I pay on turnover or profit? For example I buy 10,000 euros of goods and make 3,000 euros profit from sales and bonuses.
What are the total earning limits for this on auto-entrepreneur business system?
