How do I request business documents from URSSAF?

My immigration lawyer has asked me to provide the following documents. I don’t believe that I have received these by the mail from URSSAF and would like to know how I can request them.
- Attestation de compte à jour des cotisations délivréee par l’URSSAF.
- Déclaration(s) mensuelle(s) ou trimestrielle(s) de recettes visée(s) auprès de l’URSSAF. I filed by mail and sent the form to URSSAF, can they provide a copy back?
