How do I register register a consultancy business in France?
I have been in France for two years, working for a French Company, I have now quit that job and intend to open an independent business consultancy service in France for worldwide industrial clients. My work will be largely home-based, with perhaps some short time spent at clients premises for meetings etc. I have a Carte Vitale for me, my wife and dependent children, as well as company sponsored Mutuelle (shortly to expire).
I expect future earnings from this business in France to be in the range 80,000 euros to 100,000 euros per year, but require a business format that gives the least work for admin / running costs, both on a day to day basis, but also annually, e.g. tax declarations etc. Continued access to Carte Vitale for me/my family is paramount.
