How do I register as an homme toutes mains?

I don’t have any qualification but I would like to have a siret number to do odd jobs. To register as an homme toutes mains, do I have to register as activite artisanale or service provider is enough? Do I have to go through cfe des metiers, which is much more of a heavy procedure compared to just service provider?
