How do I register as a teacher for singer?

We have been French residents since October 2010 and filled in our first declaration des rvenus last year (2011). I used to teach singing in the UK and would like to do the same here but it would only be a side-line with a turnover probably less than 5000€ a year as I am retired. I’m told I need to register my business in order to advertise and I have looked at the online form for doing so on the URSSAF site. There are a few questions I find difficult to answer and I’m also concerned that this may not be the right way ahead for me. Can you help - is there a video telling you how to fill in this form and am I following the correct procedures?
