How do I register as a micro-entrepreneur here in France?

The third bit of justification needed for registering as a micro-entrepreneur business in France translates as needing a certificate of training but I thought I’d checked with you previously that if I registered online, I didn’t have to do a course - what does it want here please?

If it’s because I have registered a secondary artisan activity (cleaning and homework), you also advised that the course would be unnecessary in this instance?
