How do I register as a auto-entrepreneur conjoint collaborateur?

We are in the middle of final set-ups right now and I have a few questions as we move through it all. My husband registered 2 months ago as Auto-entrepreneur, I now have my titre de sejour, and we are wanting to do business together. For me to register within the Auto-entrepreneur registered business, with the SIRET he has been given, what do I need to do now? And do I understand there is a 2,000 euro add-on fee for social charges given it is conjoint? If so, how and when does that get applied?
