How do I register a gardening and painting business in France?
I am in the process of registering as an auto-entrepreneur business. I have been through your list of APE categories and watched your video. However now I am on the website the categories are completely different and the site has changed. Firstly there is a dropdown to choose a domaine d’activitie so I choose Services Divers. Then choosing my activity invites me to select the full list which has numbers completely different to your website. Is your list still current and are you updating the information any time soon?
I am starting to plan to work on some gardening and painting, does that automatically fall under artisan or is there a general category? I thought the old category 81services relatifs aux bâtiments et aménagement paysager seemed sensible ? As such do I automatically get down the artisan route?
