How do I pay quarterly auto-entrepreneur cotisations on-line?

Please can you advise how I pay my quarterly cotisation online in France. I have been paying using the postal system for the past two years with no problem. I did not receive the form for this quarter and to make life easier I wanted to pay online. I registered with net.entreprises.fr - is this the correct site for paying online in France?

I am totally at a loss to know how to pay and now the deadline has passed, should I send them a cheque for payment and an explanation to why the payment is now late?
