How do I pay my auto-entrepreneur charges online?

I have recently made my first quarterly declaration online using Net Enterprises and can see what I owe on the declaration summary. However there doesn’t seem to be anyway of paying this online and I had exepcted to receive something in the post by now telling me to pay but so far nothing. Please advise on the next steps.
