How do I pay missed cotisation payments?

I received an email on 18 December from URSSAF (RSI) saying there was a problem taking my business cotisations for October. I set up a new direct debit and it looks like there was a problem. I spoke to the bank and they said the mandate is OK. What do I do now, as nothing has shown up on my December payment either when I checked my account?
