How do I pay auto-entrepreneur tax?

I sent of my URSSAF form and it has been returned without a letter of explanation. I have also received a separate letter with a fine for missing the date of Jan 31. Neither piece of paper explains how to send the form; ie. what to attach and how to pay for either tax or fine. Can you help?
