How do I move business department in France?

I am moving house next year which will take me to a new department in France. As my auto-entrepreneur business is registered in my existing department and I wish to carry on the same business in the new department what do I need to do to change from one department to another, e.g. chambre de métiers, RSI, URSAAF etc?
