How do I make social payments after closing auto-entrepreneur business?

I am working currently with an international company on advisor contract and I also registered as an auto-entrepreneur on October 2014 - but I am not working with anyone else except the above company. I am planning to shut down my auto-entrepreneur status, but I guess I still have to fill in my first declaration and register at RSI and Humanis and CFE declaration.

Could you kindly advise how I will pay my social payments in this case and to whom declare my earnings as my advisor contract is not covering my social payment, I have to arrange them by myself.
