How do I know if my card titre de sejour visiteur is valid or not?

I entered France in 2013 holding titre de sejour visiteur. For the first two year I had paid social security contribution o URSSAF on my global income, this year they ask me for France revenue income advise which was 9,500 euro for 2015. After that I didn’t receive any letter from ameli or URSSAF. I login to the ameli online service and it shows that I have treatment right up to six month from the day of login. Do you have an answer, why I didn’t receive letter from them and is it normal case or I’m running is gross period? My wife is pregnant and she will get baby in may 2016, I did declaration and other formality and I have to repair myself not to face any problem in future?
