How do I know if a NAF Code is regulated?
I have been offered work by a local hotel peniche as a basic tour guide. It’s only a few hours a week and seasonal, approximately 16 hrs per week, 20 weeks per year. I would like to add it to my auto-entrepreneur status, currently registered as hommes tout les mains, but I’m unsure which naf code to use and which codes are regulated. It will mainly involve driving guests to local places of interest, telling them a little history of the place and just being there to help them translate, answer any questions, order lunch, carry shopping bags etc.
Their previous guide was registered under the NAF code 7990Z, Autres services de reservation et activities connexes, but is this correct and how can I find out if this code is regulated, as in needing qualifications?
