How do I indicate ACCRE reduction in cotisations?

I have just received my first trimestriel declaration from RSI. It only gives me the option of tax at 12% or 21%, however, I have been accepted for lower cotisations under the ACCRE scheme. There is nowhere on the RSI form to indicate this, that I can see. There is an entry field for deductions, but this doesn’t seem to be appropriate. In my acceptance letter from ACCRE they say: ‘L’exoneration de cotisations sociales liée à l’ACCRE sera prise en compte sans démarche particulaire de votre part.’ Nowhere does it say what my reduced level of cotisation is (I didn’t think that it was total exoneration).

How do I indicate my ACCRE status on the RSI declaration, and how do I know how much to pay? From viewing the ACCRE site, it seems to be 5.4% for regime micro-sociale (profession liberale) the first year, but it is confusing, because they also refer to total exoneration for the first year.
