How do I go about paying my business income tax in France?

I’ve decided to simplify my business in France for the first few years and simply open as a visitors centre and museum under an auto-entrepreneur system. I’ll be selling only prepackaged goods and small souvenirs. As my turnover will probably be low for first year and I do not want to opt for paying the income tax at source, how do I go about paying my business income tax normally?
