How do I get my own carte vitale?

I am currently covered, as are my children, on a carte vitale which we have, as my husband works (in the UK, but we have all the S1/A1 attestation etc. for this). I registered a new business last May and need to get a carte vitale in my own name. Who do I approach for this? I presume it is a question of getting my own social security number first - how do I do this, please?
