How do I fill in section B2 of CFE form?

On the form Cotisation Fonciere des Entreprises 2013 there are sections:

B2: Renseignements pour l’etablissement” and further below a box to tick “Auto-entrepeneur remplissant les conditions pour beneficier de l’exoneration de CFE” and then section D: “Exonerations et abattement” and there a box to tick “Entreprises nouvelles (art. 1464 B du CGI) beneficiant: - soit du regime de l’article 44 sexies du CGI (creation d’entreprises nouvelles) - soit du regime 44 septies… d’entreprises industrielles) - soit du regime de l’article 44 quindecies du CGI (...ZRR)

Should I tick both boxes, in section B2 and also in section D, as I started as an auto-entrepreneur this year?
