How do I declare tax on rental income abroad?

Myself, my wife and two children moved from Ireland to France two years ago. We have an Irish company and I receive a director’s salary from it in respect of work I have done in Ireland. We also own a house in Ireland and received some rental income from it in 2011. How do I declare this in my French tax return? I must declare it in my Irish tax return and I obviously want to avoid being taxed on it twice. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
