How do I declare income to URSSAF?

I registered as an auto-entrepreneur in September and am approaching the three-month date where I should be declaring my income. I had thought that URSSAF would be sending something to me in the mail - but I must have misunderstood. How do I declare my income - where do I find the right forms or is there an online method Also, I have invoiced for work that I have done over the last three-months but haven’t yet received payment for, do I declare this income that I’ve invoiced for and haven’t been payed for yet?
