How do I complete the auto-entrepreneur form for healthcare?

I am planning to set up my own business in France as an auto-entrepreneur. The online registration form mentions in the health cover beneficiaries section that members of my family that are already covered elsewhere (UK) can not be added.

I am planning to cancel my UK private health insurance once we all have the carte vitale but have heard this may take some time and want to ensure I am covered until then. Therefore in the form can I still add my family members by ticking the yes box or is this not allowed. What do you suggest?
