How do I close my auto-entrepreneur business?

Our situation changed last year due to family commitments and we’ve had to move to the opposite end of the country to be nearer to the UK. This turmoil meant that we’ve had zero turnover for about 14 months and consequently haven’t made any declarations in this time. I was working as auto-entrepreneur, professional liberale, but I guess this will now have to cease as business was all down in the south of the country. I would be very grateful if anyone can tell me how I go about closing down the auto-entrepreneur. Also, having ceased the auto-entrepreneur, how long have I got to until we are no longer entitled to health care?
