How do I change my APE code?

Further to my recent question about APE code for tour guide, I spoke to the chambre de commerce who said I was registered with the chambre de metiers and to go through them. They said to download the P2 P4 form and send it in with my 85e to get the addition. This doesn’t seem the right form to me - I want to add a code, not change the existing one. Shall I send it with a covering letter. Other than that it’s a 3 hour round trip to see them personally.
