I am creating a business plan for my chef a domicile micro entreprise for the demission reconversion commission.
I need to build a list of the products and services that I will offer to help me estimate financials and taxes.
I’m confused about whether I am offering a ‘Service’ or a ‘Product’ and what I choose makes a difference in social contributions, as Sale of goods equates to 12.3% and Provision of services is 21,2%.
Example; I am offering a 3-course Dinner which involves me buying ingredients, preparing them into a meal, serving the product, and clearing up afterwards. Theres elements of both service and selling of a product so I’m not sure what to class what I do as. Do you have any advice?
