How do declare what I’ve earned and when?

I’ve just started working as Auto-entrepreneur (30th August) and have already given my first invoice and received my first payment. I am also claiming from the pole-emploi but have been informed that I am permitted to earn a certain amount on top of this so it’s ‘allowed’ work. I need to know as soon as possible how to declare what I’ve worked and when - I’ve already set up an account with net entreprises and am ready to go but have found myself a little lost as to when I’m supposed to be doing everything - I don’t want to get it wrong.
