How do I pay tax and social charges on income earned in the UK?

I have received income from work I did for an English company (editing) since I registered my auto-entrepreneur business here, but have not paid tax or social charges on it in the UK. Do I declare this on my declaration trimestrielle, or the end of year tax return, please?
