How do I declare non auto-entrepreneur revenue?

I worked for a French company during 2012 and I am in the process of completing my tax return (form 2042) for 2012. I received 2 payslips in 2013, these are for January and April which was before I registered my auto-entrepreneur business in May. How do I declare this revenue? Do I make out another 2042 in 2014 for 2013 because it was not earnt through the business, or declare it on the auto-entrepreneur website even though I was not registered when I earnt this?
